Hepsijet did not deliver my cargo. The carrier never came to the address and did not call the recipient. Instead, they only took a photo in front of the building without ever going to the apartment. However, the site entrance security called through the apartment intercom and confirmed that the carrier had come, which means the recipient was indeed at home.
