Delayed Samsung Air Conditioner Installation

We placed an order for a Samsung Air Conditioner on June 10, 2024, with order number 831562305 from Hepsiburada. The order was shipped the same day and arrived the next day. Despite creating a service request under the name S*** Ö*** at phone number 05079110***, we have yet to receive any response from the service team. We have called the support center multiple times and filed complaints, but there has been no follow-up from their end. We urgently need the air conditioner installed due to an impending arrival of our baby. We request your assistance on this matter.
They called from the service today but informed us that they could only come on July 8th. We trusted Samsung's quality and made the purchase, but we are very regretful. We cannot use the product we paid for. If they are busy, it means they are selling at the same rate, and as a result, they should increase their teams. I will never recommend Samsung air conditioners to anyone, and if anyone wants to buy one, I will also share our grievance.
