Despite Not Delivering My Package, Hepsijet Claims They Couldn't Find Me at Home.
Even though I was at home the entire day, I received an SMS notification stating that a delivery attempt had been made and was unsuccessful because I wasn't there. Tired of this dishonest conduct, I reviewed the security camera footage, but there was no sign of any delivery. I really wish I had the option to select the courier for every purchase.
