Hepsijet Courier Failed Delivery - Unprofessional Service

As a manager in a Holding company, I encountered a problem with Hepsijet courier service. While waiting for a delivery, I received an SMS stating that the item would be returned to the sender because I wasn't available—a claim contradicted by our security team. They confirmed that the Hepsijet courier, A**, had arrived but didn't inquire about my availability, simply leaving without attempting proper delivery.
My mobile phone shows no missed calls, and my office phone didn't ring. The secretary wasn't informed about a delivery for me, and it was disregarded. This lack of professionalism from Hepsijet is unacceptable.

Hello, we spoke with Mr. Ali, who provides service to our workplace. The package that was supposed to be delivered to my workplace was sent to my home address, and Mr. Oğuz, who provides service there, returned it. Even though Hepsijet entered a re-delivery instruction, the package was not re-delivered. My wife and daughter were home all day. It was said that I was called twice on my mobile phone, but I did not receive a single missed call or an 0850 number call. I want this product returned without going to the seller.
