On my credit card ending in 7557, a charge of ₺5,599.99 was made on a transaction labeled “Google *zoomdotus” through Helppay at 09:32—completely without my knowledge or approval. I have never heard of the company Zoomdotus, never interacted with it, and certainly never authorized such a large payment.
I received an alarming message afterward stating, “If this transaction isn’t yours, send 'kapat 7557' to 4402 via SMS.” The fact that this warning came only after the money had already been taken makes the situation even more concerning.
I demand an immediate investigation and a full refund of the ₺5,599.99 that was withdrawn without my permission. This transaction is not mine, and I expect prompt action to correct this. Please resolve this unauthorized payment immediately before I escalate it through legal channels and formal complaints.
