I Got Scammed via Etsy Message and Lost Money to Hellcase Through Fake Verification

I recently opened a new shop on Etsy and received a message claiming I needed to verify my bank details for account security. The message looked legitimate and redirected me to what appeared to be a verification page. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a scam. As soon as I entered my information, two unauthorized charges were made to my account.
To make matters worse, the transactions were processed through a site called hellcase.com—a name I only discovered afterward while reviewing the transaction details. I later learned that similar scams have been happening frequently, especially to new sellers like me, and the money keeps flowing through the same platform. It’s unacceptable that Hellcase continues to process these suspicious payments without oversight.
I demand that Etsy investigate how such phishing attempts are reaching sellers through their platform, and I expect Hellcase to take responsibility for facilitating these unauthorized transactions. My trust has been completely broken, and unless this is resolved immediately and my funds are returned, I will pursue all legal options to hold both parties accountable. Others should be warned: double-check every link and never trust unsolicited verification requests.
