I purchased a Heirfer 22.2V Li-ion vertical vacuum cleaner from BİM in Diyarbakır approximately three months ago and have been using it for about one week in total. During use, the dust container of the device broke, and I can no longer use the vacuum properly. I bought the product from a reliable market and used it under normal home conditions, so I do not find it acceptable that the dust container broke in such a short time. I have my purchase documents and warranty, and I want this issue to be resolved within the scope of warranty. I kindly request that the dust container be replaced with a new and durable one, or that a suitable solution be provided such as repair or product replacement so that I can use the vacuum cleaner without any problems.
