I’ve been a long-time user of Head & Shoulders, but the new 2X formula has seriously damaged my hair, causing excessive hair loss. After looking into it, I found that I’m not the only one with this issue. The previous formula worked perfectly, and I hope the brand reverts to it. Please consider this feedback, as many loyal customers are unhappy with the new version.
