I bought the Sebamed Everyday Shampoo based on my dermatologist’s recommendation, thinking it would be gentle for my sensitive scalp. The label promises a skin-friendly pH of 5.5, which gave me even more confidence in the product. But to my shock, after just two uses, my scalp turned red, sore, and covered with painful lesions.
This is completely unacceptable—especially for a product marketed as safe for daily use and for people with delicate skin. I paid a premium price expecting quality, but instead my scalp is now in terrible condition. I trusted Sebamed to help, not harm.
It’s infuriating to think I now have a large-size bottle sitting on my shelf, completely useless. I feel misled and deeply disappointed. Not only was this a waste of money, it’s become a serious skin issue.
Sebamed, you owe your customers transparency and accountability. I demand a proper investigation into this reaction, a refund, and a public response. No one should have to go through scalp damage in the name of “gentle care.”
