HDI Insurance Claim Payment Still Pending Despite Full Fault on Other Driver

On December 4, 2025, I was involved in an accident with my Opel Corsa, and the other driver was found to be completely at fault. The other party’s insurance company is HDI Insurance.
After the accident, a claim file was opened under case number 20250118103-01, and the repair damage was estimated at approximately $1,054.
Even though the other party was entirely responsible for the accident, HDI Insurance has not made the payment for nearly two months. They continue to claim that my IBAN information is missing, even though I have sent my IBAN details multiple times to the email address they requested.
I have also called customer service several times to check the status of the process and try to resolve the issue. However, it is almost impossible to reach a customer service representative, and therefore no progress has been made.
Because of both the delay in payment and the lack of communication, I am experiencing serious inconvenience and financial hardship.
I request that my claim file be reviewed immediately, and that the pending compensation payment be transferred to my account in full without any further delay, since my IBAN information has already been provided multiple times.
