Hay Day Cannot Download Game Content on Redmi Note 9

I have been unable to access my Hay Day account on my Redmi Note 9 device for some time. When I try to enter the game, I receive an error message saying, “New game content cannot be downloaded.” Even though I have sufficient storage space on my device, the game fails to download the required content and does not allow me to log in.

This issue has been ongoing since April 3, 2026. I have tried at least 20 times, if not more, but I still cannot access the game. I have never experienced this problem before, and this is the first time I am facing such an issue.

My Hay Day account name is lisaoyundaxd01, and my tag number is #Q8PJYYRC. I kindly request that a technical review be conducted so I can regain access to my account and log into the game without issues. I would really appreciate being able to access my account again.
