Hay Day Game Stuck on Black Screen, Cannot Access for 24 Hours

I am a dedicated Hay Day player, but for the past 24 hours, I have been unable to access the game. The loading bar fills up completely, but then the screen turns black, and nothing happens. This issue is frustrating, especially since the game was running perfectly fine until today.

I request that this problem be resolved immediately, as it’s preventing me from enjoying the game. I’ve tried restarting my device and checking my internet connection, but the issue persists.
