My Hay Day Won't Download Content, Stuck in Error
I keep getting an infuriating error message: "New game content cannot be downloaded!" I've done everything imaginable to fix it. I checked my internet connection, deleted and reinstalled the game, cleared the cache in Hay Day's settings, and granted all necessary permissions. To top it off, I even tried logging in from two different phones, and I got the same exact error on both devices!
This is completely unacceptable. My game is effectively broken, preventing me from accessing new content and continuing my progress. I've wasted so much time trying to troubleshoot a problem that's clearly on Supercell's end.
Supercell, you need to find a solution to this content download error immediately! Fix this persistent bug so I can access new game content on Hay Day. I expect a prompt and effective resolution to this problem.
