I Don't Have Ur harnafit App, But Ur Charging Me

I have noticed that money has been taken from my account in the name of Harnafit, even though I do not have the app and have not used any of their services. On 10/05/2026 and 15/05/2025, a total of four transactions were made from my Aqua card ending in 2982: 34.99 twice and 27.79 twice. These payments were not authorised by me. I have been advised “to close the app with use”, but I do not have the Harnafit app and do not knowingly have any subscription or agreement with this company. I therefore consider these withdrawals to be completely unauthorized. I request the full refund of all amounts taken (34.99 twice and 27.79 twice), the immediate cancellation of any subscription or account that may have been opened in my name without my clear consent, and the blocking of any future payments from my card to Harnafit. I also request written confirmation that any subscription or account has been cancelled and that no further payments will be taken from my card. I ask that this matter be investigated urgently and that I be informed in writing of the result.
