I have been trying to book a villa through Halalbooking, but since June 28, 2026, I have been completely unable to reach a live customer service representative. When I call their contact numbers, I only encounter automated menu prompts and cannot speak with an actual person.
Struggling this much for a simple reservation request, especially being entirely unable to reach support, severely damages my trust in the platform. I demand that Halalbooking connect me to a live customer support representative over the phone immediately and resolve my booking process without further delay.
