HalalBooking Ignored My Date Change Request Despite Health Emergency

Hello,
We made a reservation through HalalBooking, and since this morning I’ve been trying to postpone it to a later date due to health reasons. I submitted a request for the date change, but there’s been no confirmation or response about whether it’s been received or processed.

I’ve called multiple times, and each time I was told that someone would get back to me — but no one ever did.
I’m very disappointed and filing a complaint. Please help me and provide an update as soon as possible.
