Is there any way to get in touch with these guys?? I mean literally, I've been trying to get in touch with H&M customer service for a while now. I've called them a few times, but every time I do, they put me on hold for more than 10 minutes and never seem to pick up. Imagine holding the phone and not hearing a word from the other side for so long, crazy and super rude!!! I even sent them an email, but I haven't heard back from their customer service team yet. I just wanted to say that I think their behavior was really irresponsible. I mean, they need to take care of my issue right away.
