Someone Used My Virtual Credit Card to Order at Guess

I had a message from my bank and realised that someone used my virtual card, ordered things from guess eu Turkey. I immediately cancelled the virtual card, informed my bank. Same day I emailed guess customer service who is Mrs.A**** for cancelling. The order was on hold status in the website but she said its already processed so she can't return. I want my money return and can't pay for customs or taxes if I didn't even purchase it. I kept emailing and calling but couldn't get a clear confirmation of what I requested.

The product is still waiting in Germany to be shipped. Meanwhile, I am here struggling to get my money back. Moreover, this purchase was made without my permission using my card. 12,750 liras were stolen from me. I can't pay my rent because of you. Furthermore, on the day my card was used, I received an email saying that they would refund 4,200 TL because the product was not in stock, but there has been no news. They are not even refunding that amount. The product they are supposed to send never arrives, so you can never return it. They are getting away with it carelessly because they have a rule that they don't issue refunds until the product reaches you. But there's more. They also charge your card for products they will never send and do not refund the money. It has been almost a month. This site needs to be inspected and shut down.
