Hello, I urgently need a response regarding my ten canceled orders with Guess. We have no means of communication, neither an email nor a phone number to reach them. This lack of customer service is unacceptable, and it makes me question the brand's quality. I won't be shopping at Guess again. Even my last order was a mess, and despite my payment, the order section didn't go down. I'm fed up with the lack of transparency and communication. If they don't respond soon, I will escalate the matter to the judiciary. Also, I demand the cancellation of the restriction orders GE04168548 and GE04168355. Free shipping doesn't mean we have to pay the customs tax. I want Guess to be accountable for their negligence and respond to my concerns.
