Greenmotion Car Rental Charged Me for Pre-Existing Cigarette Burns I Didn't Cause

I recently rented a car from Greenmotion Car Rental, and when I returned it, they attempted to charge me for cigarette burns that were present before I even took the car. I requested proof, but they were unable to provide any photos from before my rental period. Despite the fact that I had never smoked in the car, they were convinced that I was to blame. Despite these baseless accusations, they still charged me for the burns and an extra cleaning fee.

It's clear to me that this company is simply looking for ways to extract more money from their customers by placing them in difficult situations. As a result, I intend to take legal action and address the issue with both their staff and management in court. I'm sharing this to warn others, so they don't end up dealing with businesses like this by accident. Don't let them charge you for something you didn't do!
