Rental ID: WOS-4434512-4413569. I am filing a complaint regarding the rental I made with you, and I have already informed you of this, yet I have not received any response. At the airport, instead of the low-category car I had already paid for, I was given a different vehicle. Why was that vehicle even listed as available on your website? The next day, when a vehicle in the correct category became available, you did not bring it to your Levent branch in the city, so I had to return to Istanbul Airport to pick it up. The tires of the vehicle I received were almost flat, causing skidding even in dry weather conditions. It was likely a car repaired after an accident, as the driver's seat moved oddly during acceleration and braking. I was stopped multiple times by the police because the license plate holder was not properly secured. The main screen stopped working after just one day, so I couldn't listen to music or use Apple CarPlay. I was told over the phone that I needed to take the rental car to an authorized Mercedes-Benz Service Shop to resolve the screen issue quickly. Absurdly, as if I were the owner of the vehicle, I took the rental car to the service. After waiting for an hour, they said it couldn't be fixed quickly and that I needed to make an appointment. I conveyed this situation to Greenmotion Istanbul Airport, and despite knowing everyone, the response was always the same: "We don't have any vehicles in this category that we can replace." No alternative solution was offered to me. As you can see, I wasted a lot of time at every stage of this rental, and no one provided me with a solution. I did not receive the car or service I deserved for the fee I paid. I request a refund, and I would appreciate a response with a resolution to these issues.
