Naturally, I freaked and contacted customer service. First answer I get? Just stick the padding back in yourself. Seriously? That's it? Not exactly the reassurance I was looking for. Pushed for some info on whether gluing it back on was safe, and to my surprise, they said I had to replace the whole entire car seat. We paid $200 for it and they’re telling us to fix it ourselves….
