Milestone All-in-One Car Seat Headrest Padding Comes Apart in Less Than A Year
We bought the Milestone all-in-one car seat for my son, thinking it would be a safe and long-lasting choiceLess than a year in, the headrest padding just…comes apart. Naturally, I freaked and contacted customer service. First answer I get? Just stick the padding back in yourself. Seriously? That's it? Not exactly the reassurance I was looking for. Pushed for some info on whether gluing it back on was safe, and to my surprise, they said I had to replace the whole entire car seat. We paid $200 for it and they’re telling us to fix it ourselves…. Not exactly confidence-inspiring, especially when it comes to my kid's safety. For a seat that's supposed to last them as they grow, this is a joke.
