Uncomfortable Sitting Position Of Cybex Beezy Stroller Denied1d

I bought the Cybex Beezy stroller because it looked nice and seemed like it would work well, after only a month of use, I realized the sitting position is not good at all, even though it is said to be flexible for kids from birth to 4 years old, talked to customer service about this problem, and their answer was not only disappointing but also unsatisfactory. They said how the kid is positioned inside is wrong…how many ways are there putting a baby in a chair?? When I think about how my experience with Cybex compares to other high-end brands like Uppababy and Bugaboo, it makes me feel even worse. These brands are known for putting quality first and standing behind their products. Cybex's approach to customer satisfaction doesn't seem to have these traits, wish I went for one of the other two.
