Grab Made It Impossible to Cash Out Balance From Driver App for Six Months

For almost six months, I have been trying to cash out the remaining balance from my Grab driver app; it feels as though I am circling without any end in sight. Their customer service crew appears unable of correctly interpreting messages or handling the real problem. Every time I get in touch, they simply reiter the same general answers, restating the several times I have already tried steps. I cannot even upgrade my wallet to withdraw the remaining balance to GrabPay because of their antiquated and badly built system. I went out of my way to change my email in the app following their advise, but it had no effect either. Dealing with a system and support staff this inept is beyond irritating. Responses take eternity; when they come at last, they provide no significant answers. If you care about your time and peace of mind, steer clear of Grab, particularly if you prioritise excellent customer service.
