Grab Delivered Cold Food and Ignored My Complaints In Malaysia

Actually, I expected far better; I had a horrible experience with Grab in Malaysia. I ordered lunch on the app, and the driver noted it as delivered; yet, I had to wait an additional twenty minutes to really get it. I had to toss the food since by the time it arrived it was absolutely inedible and stone cold. Even more annoying is Grab's handling of the matter—that is, lack of handling it. I never heard back even though I filed two different complaints stating what happened and requesting a remedy. They seem to simply not give their consumers or experience any thought. Such inadequate service from a name that should be dependable is disappointing.
