Grab Overcharged Me and Drivers Ignored Pick-Up Points

Grab has been a somewhat letdown cab company. They regularly overpay for rides, and the level of service is appalling. Drivers routinely overlook the assigned pick-up points, therefore forcing consumers to trek to wherever they choose to stop, usually far from the original place. I have waited more than twenty minutes several times for a ride, only to have the driver cancel without any notice. Especially considering high fares, the lack of professionalism and dependability irritates you. The customer service of the app is likewise ineffective; it provides no fix for these problems. Given such a well-known platform, I expected better, however my experiences have revealed Grab falls short of even minimum criteria for a cab company.
