I made a deposit of ₹20,000 to my Parimatch account via Paytm, but even after more than 13 hours the money has not been credited to my Parimatch balance. The amount has already been successfully debited from my Paytm account, and I have the transaction reference number 602000583125 for this payment. I contacted your support team regarding this missing deposit, but my ticket was closed without any comments or resolution, which is very disappointing and leaves me without any clarity about my money. At the moment, I am stuck with ₹20,000 missing from my balance and no explanation from Parimatch. I request that you urgently locate this transaction and either immediately credit the ₹20,000 to my Parimatch account or refund the full amount back to my Paytm account. I also expect a clear explanation of why my support ticket was closed without any response.
