I made three separate deposits to my 4rabet wallet on 07.03.2026, but these amounts have still not been credited to my 4rabet account. Two of these deposits were made via Google Pay (GPay) and one deposit was made via Paytm, linked to Federal Bank. The deposit amounts were 2000 INR and 1999.90 INR, plus one additional related transaction, and none of these are reflecting in my 4rabet wallet balance. These payments were sent from my Paytm/GPay number 7843834*** to my 4rabet account, which I use with both my registered mobile number and email. According to the bank, all transactions were successfully completed and the money has been deposited to the beneficiary. The UPI transaction IDs provided to me are 606613142282, 606606342133 and 300052868255, and these are all marked as successful on the bank’s side, yet my 4rabet wallet still shows no corresponding credit. I request that you urgently verify these UPI transaction IDs and immediately credit the full deposited amounts to my 4rabet wallet or provide a clear explanation and resolve this issue without any further delay. I kindly ask that this issue be fully resolved within 3 working days from the date of this complaint.
