If Gotogate shows your ticket as confirmed but the airline can’t find it and you want to fix this fast;
Check with the airline correctly;
• Contact the airline directly
• Ask them to search by:
– E-ticket number (preferred)
– Passenger name + flight number
• Ask clearly:
– “Is there a valid issued ticket in my name?”
Collect proof;
• Screenshot Gotogate showing “Confirmed”
• Save payment confirmation / receipt
• Note date, time, and agent name from airline confirming no ticket exists
Contact Gotogate Support immediately;
• Say:
– Ticket shows confirmed but airline has no record
– E-ticket number is missing or invalid
• Provide:
– Booking reference
– Flight details
– Proof of payment
– Airline confirmation
Ask them to;
• Urgently issue the ticket OR
• Rebook on the same flight OR
• Process a full refund immediately
If departure is soon and they delay;
• Call Gotogate (don’t rely only on email/chat)
• Set a clear deadline (“within 24 hours”)
If they fail to fix it;
• Consider posting a complaint on Xolvie to push for resolution
