GoPay Failed Payment Charged Balance Refund Delayed With No Support
My experience with GoPay was quite disappointing after a payment attempt failed while I was trying to make an online purchase. The transaction failed, yet the amount was still taken from my balance despite the order not being completed. I reached out to GoPay several times via email; some of my messages got generic responses, while others were entirely overlooked. I reached out to customer service after not hearing back from email support, and they promised that my issue would be looked into and that I would get a response by the end of the day. The commitment was not fulfilled. It has been several days without a refund and no clear communication provided. I expect my money to be returned promptly.
