PayPal Phone Number Update Request Ignored, No Response to Emails

Hello, I requested a phone number update for my PayPal account and was asked to provide multiple documents. I submitted all the necessary paperwork, and I was informed that the update would be completed within 5 business days. However, not only have the 5 days passed, but over a week has gone by with no resolution.
I cannot reach anyone to assist me, and my emails remain unanswered. This lack of response is extremely frustrating. If there were a financial issue with my account, it seems I wouldn’t have anyone to contact for help.
I expect PayPal to take this matter seriously and resolve my issue immediately. Ignoring customers in this way is unacceptable.
