PayPal Hasn’t Processed My $446 Payment After 5 Days

Hello, I sent $446 to PayPal on June 12, 2024. Typically, the hold period is supposed to be 72 hours, but we’ve now reached the end of the 5th day, and the funds still haven’t appeared in my account. I’ve been trying to contact customer support, but I haven’t been able to speak to anyone directly. When I call the international number, I only get an automated response. I’m very frustrated by the lack of support and resolution. I need immediate assistance to either process my payment or get an explanation for the delay. It’s unacceptable to wait this long without any clear communication from PayPal.
