My Payeer Deposit is Missing, Customer Service Ignored

I deposited 50 USD via crypto to my SMSOnayGo account, but the funds never appeared in my balance! This is completely unacceptable. When I contacted SMSOnayGo's customer service, they immediately told me to "contact Payeer" about the issue. The problem is, it's impossible to get in touch with Payeer!
