Google Deletes My Positive Reviews and Damages My Business Credibility

For about a year, I have noticed that my genuine positive customer reviews on Google My Business are being regularly deleted by the system. These reviews were written entirely by real customers evaluating the service they received, yet around 60–70 positive reviews were removed without any explanation or warning. Meanwhile, negative reviews continue to remain visible. During this process, I contacted Google Support multiple times; my business profile number is 1128-9168-4211-0096-4429. However, aside from automated responses, I have not received any permanent solution or detailed explanation. I also filed a complaint—with photos and detailed information—about another business in my area that opened using a name imitating my own, but I received no response regarding that either. Despite also purchasing advertising services from Google, new positive reviews from my customers have been automatically deleted within about a week for the past year, while only negative reviews remain. This situation negatively affects my business’s credibility and customer experience. I request that my deleted positive reviews be restored, that a fair moderation system be implemented, and that the business imitating my name be removed.
