Google Allows Competitors to Post Fake Reviews and It’s Hurting My Business
I'm very worried about how easy it is for people who have never been to my business to leave bad reviews and one-star ratings, which are often left by my rivals. The person who just left a review isn't in our customer database, the picture they shared isn't ours, and we don't even have an employee who fits the description they gave. However, someone I've never met can hurt my business's image in this way, and I can't get in touch with anyone to fix the problem. There isn't a method or authority that can handle this. These fake reviews are really hurting my business and turning away people who might have become new customers. I want Google to fix this bug right away because it's no longer just a few bad reviews; this is now actually hurting my business.
