Google Shut Down My Legitimate Business Without Explanation

My company, Nokta Servis, was founded in July 2022 and has been operating successfully with all necessary permits. We have an open signboard, and everything is in order legally. However, Google has mysteriously removed my business listing since April 2023. When I inquire via email about the reason, they dismiss it, citing quality policies. I've submitted nearly 20 requests to reopen it, as well as documents and videos, but to no avail. Google positions itself as a forward-thinking service provider, sharing real-time videos, photos, and addresses across multiple platforms. So, why are they refusing to reopen my legitimate business after I've provided proof and documentation? This is a frustrating situation, and I need answers.
