Google Play Is Yet to Refund Rise of Kingdom In-game Purchase
what a test for me, they are def challenging my patience!!! I tried to get a return through Google Play, but it's being sneaky and won't let me move forward. I'm stuck in a loop where I can't build a return, and trying to contact the app's creator feels like shouting into the void. the in-app buy I made through Google Play just turned into this unsolvable chaos...For the last time please!! I'm putting it out there: I want to cancel my purchase of RISE OF KINGDOM, but the creator isn't around, and the in-game support isn't helping me either. Since Google Play is responsible for the buy, it is now in charge of the situation. Do start this repayment right away, alright??

I'm requesting a refund for an in-app purchase on Google Play that I didn't authorize or have knowledge of. I can't request a refund, and the developer is not responding. Rise of Kingdoms' customer support is also unresponsive. Google Play is responsible for unauthorized purchases on my account without my knowledge or consent.
