CapCut Charged Me More Than the Displayed Price

I attempted to purchase a CapCut subscription through Google Play just moments ago. Inside the app, I was shown what appeared to be a 7-day free trial with a displayed price of approximately ₺29.99. Based on the information presented on the screen, I believed that any charge would be around that amount.

However, immediately after confirming the purchase, ₺249 was charged to my account, and I discovered that a higher-priced subscription had been activated instead. The information shown before the purchase did not clearly indicate that I would be charged ₺249, so this unexpected charge came as a complete surprise and caused me financial inconvenience.

As soon as I noticed what had happened, I immediately canceled the subscription. Despite canceling it right away, the ₺249 charged to my account has not been refunded.

I request that CapCut and Google Play fully refund the ₺249 that was charged as a result of this misleading or insufficient pricing information. I also ask that the subscription purchase process clearly display the actual amount to be charged so that other users do not experience the same problem.
