CapCut Subscription Refund Never Arrived — Google Play Purchase Still Unresolved

I purchased a CapCut subscription through Google Play for $7, and I canceled it immediately on June 4th. On June 5th, I was told I would receive a refund within 5–10 business days. However, weeks have passed and no refund has shown up in my account.
The CapCut support team asked me to provide my UID number and CapCut email address, which I submitted. They then informed me that a comprehensive review had been completed and that my refund had been successfully processed, and that I should check my original payment method. Despite checking all of my accounts and payment methods multiple times, no refund appears anywhere.
I am demanding that CapCut immediately refund the full $7 I paid through Google Play — with no deductions — and provide a clear, written explanation specifying the exact date the refund was issued and the transaction reference it was applied to.
