I subscribed to Google One London in January and recently tried to cancel my membership, but despite multiple attempts, it won’t cancel. Every time I go through the cancellation process, my subscription still appears as active.
I have tried several times, but the system keeps looping, making it impossible to fully cancel. It feels like the system is stuck, preventing me from removing my subscription.
I am requesting an immediate resolution to this issue. If I have canceled my subscription, it should no longer be active, and I should not be charged again. Google needs to fix this bug and properly process cancellations! Please resolve this now!
