I Can’t Renew My Google One Subscription Due to “Account Under Review” Error

My Google One subscription expired, and I’ve been trying to renew it for three days now. Every time I attempt to resubscribe, I receive a message saying, “Your account is under review.” Because of this, I can’t access any of the features I previously paid for, and there’s no clear reason or explanation given for the hold.

What’s worse is that Google provides absolutely no way to get in touch with real support. There’s no customer service line, no accessible email, and no live chat. I submitted a feedback request through the app, but it seems like those are ignored too.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I rely on Google One for storage and file access, and this interruption is unacceptable. Google, if you care at all about your users, resolve this issue immediately and give us a way to speak to a human being when problems like this arise.
