Google Ads Won’t Approve My Verified Business Edits

I’m beyond frustrated with Google Ads. My company has successfully run ads before without issue. Recently, I made a small update to the business name and added a few legitimate details to the ad. That’s when everything stopped. Despite uploading every single document Google requested, my ads have been stuck in limbo, not getting published.

The most infuriating part? There is absolutely no way to reach customer service. No phone number, no live chat—just silence. And in Turkey, there aren’t many alternative platforms with Google’s reach, so I’m stuck relying on a system that’s become completely unresponsive and unpredictable.

I demand that Google immediately review and approve my campaign. Businesses should not be penalized for updating accurate information, especially after full compliance. Treat your advertisers with the support they deserve.
