Google Ads Keeps Running Despite Negative Balance

My Google Ads account had a negative balance of ₺1200. I added funds to cover the amount, but instead of stopping the ads, the system continued running them, and now my balance is negative ₺1200 again!

I don’t understand why Google Ads isn't stopping the campaigns despite my payment. I keep adding money, but it doesn’t resolve the issue, and my balance keeps going into the negative.

I need urgent assistance to stop my ads immediately and prevent further negative charges. Google Ads support, respond as soon as possible! Has anyone else experienced this? I expect a solution now.
