Glo Charged Me Years After I Canceled and Refused to Issue a Refund

I really warn against registering for Glo. Originally looking for a consistent venue for self-care, I joined because of their stellar reputation for excellent yoga courses and wellness programs. But my experience became a tortuous ordeal. I thought of canceling my subscription years ago. I recently discovered, on my credit card, a $180 charge shocking me. I told Glo's support staff straight away that I hadn't utilized the service in years. They flatly refused to provide a refund even though they contacted within one day of the payment. Most of what irritates me is that this is a digital product; a refund would not cost them anything. Their inflexible and callous attitude to consumer service is very unacceptable.
