WalkFit Charged Me for a Subscription I Never Knowingly Signed Up for
I got hit with a charge for a WalkFit subscription that I didn’t even realize I signed up for. I really didn’t sign up for any auto-renewal, but they went ahead and charged me anyway. I’ve contacted them several times to explain that I didn’t agree to this ongoing charge, but each time, my request for a refund was turned down. Honestly, their website and emails don’t really say anything about ongoing payments, which made the whole situation feel a bit sneaky. I had to dispute the charge with my payment provider since WalkFit wouldn’t own up to it. It's really annoying to have to handle something like this when you're just giving a service a shot. Just a heads up for everyone—make sure you really look over what you’re signing up for, because it’s super easy to be surprised with WalkFit.
