Getir Provides Poor Customer Support

The Getir app has become a complete mess. In the marketplace, there's either no courier available or there's a software issue. The call center doesn’t respond. For the past 15 days, at any hour, the couriers are always busy and I’m told to try again later. They’ve failed in the European market, and now they're failing here too! Multiple service requests have been made, and each time they say they'll look into it, but nothing changes. It seems the best solution is to abandon this brand.
