Getir Multiple Order Cancellations Delaying Refunds

On February 16th and 26th, I placed two separate orders with Getir Market. They informed me that my first order was canceled and a refund was initiated, but despite waiting, the refund did not come through. When I followed up, they suggested contacting my bank, but there are no issues with my bank as refunds from other transactions with the same card reflect instantly. Today, I made another order for charity purposes, but it was canceled due to an address mistake, with the assurance that the refund would be processed the same day. However, it still hasn't been refunded. I don't know what to do. I have around ₺1600 tied up. Both purchases were intended for families in need, and due to these issues, I couldn't arrange another delivery. This situation is distressing. I feel like they're not only failing to deliver the orders but also canceling them without notice, affecting those in need, especially babies.
