Getir Delivered Moldy Bread – Refused Refund Due to Arbitrary Time Limits!
On February 8, 2025, I ordered UNO Multi-Grain Bread from Getir, but when I opened the package on the 4th day, I found that it was covered in mold. When I reported this, customer service first claimed their return policy was 14 days, but when I pointed out that I was well within that timeframe, they suddenly changed it to 2 days!
How does this make sense? Am I supposed to open and inspect every item immediately? Their policies seem completely arbitrary and only serve to deny legitimate refund requests.
I’m not chasing after ₺50, I just want quality products and fair customer service. Getir, do your job properly and stop selling expired food! I expect a proper resolution.
