Getir App Has Not Yet Paid Out My Refund
On February 24, 2024, I bought 3 packs of Apikoğlu salami from the Getir app. The salami I got was really tough and tasted fake, almost like plastic. When I reached out to Getir customer service about this matter, a representative told me that they were unable to process returns for opened packages. Is there a way to evaluate the contents of the package without actually opening it? I have reached out to the Getir resolution center several times, but they continue to promise to call back without actually solving the problem. I need a refund of my money as soon as possible.
