Getcontact Charged Me ₺70 Instantly After Trial Signup—I Want a Refund Now


I downloaded the Getcontact app yesterday and noticed the message saying “monthly billing applies.” I thought I was starting a trial, so I proceeded with the subscription just to test it out. However, as soon as I signed up, ₺70 was immediately charged to my mobile bill—without any clear warning that the charge would be instant.
This felt misleading, especially since trial periods usually allow time before charging. On top of that, the app experience was awful. The main screen was darkened for nearly 10 minutes, and the app froze multiple times during use.
I’m extremely disappointed and demand an immediate refund for the unauthorized charge. I will not be using or recommending this app again unless this issue is resolved quickly.
